I made the mistake of choosing some “affordable” fence company whose process, and product, was average at best. Their installation had gaps at the posts and the materials seemed lightweight. Twice in the 4.5 years, we had a couple panels… More that needed service after a branch falling. After multiple calls to the owner, no one ever came out leaving our properly looking disheveled and embarrassing for us to have our neighbors look at. After this last case of high winds and subsequent damage to the same two panels, I gave up asking that company to come repair the fence and called The Fence Authority.
Dealing with The Fence Authority was a dream. The inspection appointment, and subsequent quote, was prompt and efficient. Communication was excellent from the very first call. The installers arrived on time, were courteous, professional, and left our property clean. The end result was a beautiful job. Highly recommended!
